It’s a very clever concoction and will send you pondering over what are the ingredients that marry each other so well. Having visited most parts of the world and experienced all kinds of cuisines, I was taken by surprise with each dish, the unusual mix of different textures, the vibrant colours and the numerous Asian spices. EXQUISITE!!! By the time we got to the desserts, we were full and floored! All desserts were different and they have just enough sugar to tease your palate. It takes a very innovative, adventurous and “crazy” chef to come up with such refreshing and delicious ideas!!
